Pay as you go
£30/hour (payable upon booking)
Block booking of: 3-5 £29/hour (full
amount payable on booking) 10 £28/hour (full
amount payable on booking) 12
£27/hour (full amount payable on booking)
Small Groups £40/hour
split between all individuals (full amount payable on booking)
If you have friends/family/colleagues and are all
of a similar level of fitness, why not split the cost of Personal Training between you?
These classes will be tailored to you as individuals, and will be for a maximum of 8 people.

You are not obliged to sign
any minimum period contract and can choose to be trained as little or often as you like to suit your lifestyle. I would, however,
recommend that you try this service for at least a couple of months to really appreciate the benefits and see the results.
Upon booking you will receive an appointment card
with your first session booked, and further appointments can be made via telephone or email to suit you. Your
first session will be a Lifestyle Assessment, where I get to know you, learn about your goals, what you want to achieve and
the best way for me to get you there. Please allow at least an hour and a half for your first appointment.
