I will be attending the Lincoln and Cleethorpes Race for
Life events providing Sports Massage for pre and post race. Sunday 23rd May and Sunday 11th July respectively.
Please come along to have your legs warmed up/cooldown, or both. Donations in the donation bucket provided. Further
details will be posted closer to the event. And for those of you that are yet to sign up for a Race for Life event,

Please note that, from now
on, classes at Dunswell Sports Hall will be starting at 9.30am on Wednesday mornings instead of 9.15am, allowing for extra
time in dropping children off at nursery and schools, and allowing for the traffic.

I am pleased to announce that classes have now recommenced at St John's Church Hall, Brigg on a Monday evening
and Wednesday mornings at Dunswell Sports Hall, as of Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th January respectively. Great to
see all of my Monday evenings class return after my short break and the festivities. Thank you all for your support
- keep up the good work and see you in the forthcoming weeks. And remember, introduce a new face and they get their
first sessions half price, as do you. Emma
